Tsimshian Language CDs
This is the latest edition to the Shim-al-gyack language curriculum, and it’s a must-have for anyone with a desire to help preserve and perpetuate the language. It is an invaluable tool to be used with all the Shim-al-gyack language study materials because it helps the listener acquire the nuances of the language. The CD includes two dictionaries: English to Shim-al-gyack and Shim-al-gyack to English. It also offers unique sounds and more than 500 phrases categorized by subject. It’s a natural complement to the Tsimshian Reverse Dictionary. Created by Dum Baal-dum®, a Shim-al-gyack language preservation endeavor led by husband-and-wife team Tony and Donna May Roberts of Metlakatla. |
