The class, initially sponsored by SHI and the Juneau School District, was first funded in part by a U.S. Department of Education, Indian Demonstration Grant to SHI. It is open to any child in the district, which has assumed financial responsibility for the program. Parents interested in enrolling their children may contact Harborview Elementary School at 463-1875.
