| May 15 | Summer Term Award Checks Mailed to Schools |
| May (mid) | Senior high school recognition certificates mailed |
| July 15 | Postmark deadline for School Admission/Acceptance letters from students to SHI |
| August (mid) | Fall-term award checks mailed to schools (this is the first term of the school year) |
| November (mid) | Winter-term award checks mailed to schools |
| December (mid) | Spring-term award checks mailed to schools |
