Deadline: March 1 (each year)*
Applicants must submit the following to be considered for a scholarship:
- Completed Scholarship Application
- Sealed Official School Transcripts
This document must be sealed. No copies, faxes, or Internet transcripts.
- School Admission/Acceptance Letter
Required only of students who have changed schools since receiving
current scholarship. This must be postmarked on or before July 15.
Students who have changed schools also must submit the mailing address
of the new school (this is where we will mail scholarship payments) and
the student's new home phone number while at school.
* School Admission/Acceptance Letters are an exception to the March 1 deadline.
Admission/Acceptance letters must be postmarked on or before July 15.
