



Repatriation Seminar
Sealaska Heritage Institute sponsored a 3-day seminar on the Native American
Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA) Dec. 5-7, 2002, in Juneau.
The seminar included overviews of repatriation law, museum inventory lists,
pesticide issues and traditional law. It was attended by about 40 people
from 12 Southeast communities.
